Glokore Subscription Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the transition of Glokore products and services from a one-time purchase model to a recurring billing subscription model (“Subscription Program”). By enrolling in, purchasing, or continuing to use any Glokore subscription product or service, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Glokore offers certain products and/or services through a recurring subscription plan. Under this model, Customers are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, or as otherwise disclosed at checkout) in exchange for continued access to the subscribed product, service, platform, or benefits.
Subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, features, and renewal terms, will be presented at the time of purchase.
2. AUTOMATIC RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION
By subscribing to a Glokore Subscription Program, you authorize Glokore to automatically charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges on a recurring basis until cancellation.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Charges will recur automatically at the selected billing interval.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- The payment method on file may be charged without additional authorization for each renewal period.
3. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current subscription rate.
Glokore may send renewal reminders or billing notifications where required by applicable law; however, failure to receive such notice does not affect the validity of the renewal or charges.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Glokore customer support.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-period refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription time.
- Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
5. REFUND POLICY
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or expressly stated in a promotional offer or written agreement.
If a billing error occurs, Customers must notify Glokore within thirty (30) days of the charge date for review and resolution.
6. PRICE CHANGES
Glokore reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or billing structures at any time.
Customers will receive reasonable advance notice of material pricing changes before such changes take effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
7. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Glokore may offer free trials or promotional subscription periods from time to time.
Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription and the payment method on file will be charged accordingly.
Eligibility restrictions may apply.
8. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a recurring payment fails for any reason, Glokore may:
- Retry the payment method on file;
- Suspend or terminate access to subscription services; and/or
- Require an updated payment method before restoring service.
Customers remain responsible for all unpaid amounts.
9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Subscribers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate billing and account information;
- Ensuring their payment method remains current and valid; and
- Protecting login credentials and account access.
Unauthorized account use must be reported promptly to Glokore.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
Glokore reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any subscription service, feature, or offering at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
11. TERMINATION
Glokore may suspend or terminate subscriptions or account access for:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Fraudulent or abusive activity;
- Failure to pay subscription fees; or
- Misuse of Glokore products or services.
Termination does not relieve Customers of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glokore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Subscription Program.
Glokore’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glokore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Glokore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting or notification to Customers.
Continued use of the Subscription Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
