Return window

You may return an item within 30 days of the date you received it. Returns must be requested within that 30-day window from the date of receipt.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are not deducted from your refund unless otherwise arranged with our team.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
